Can i cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order when it is in Order in progress. Please note that orders in shipped status cannot be canceled.
My orders was prepaid, how will i get a refund?
If your order is prepaid, Your refund will be process into your payment bank /card account. if you are registered member, it may take 3 - 7 business days, if you are not, it may take 5 - 12 business days for you to be credited back to your account.
